How this website handles visitor information.

The current ShowDossier website is informational. It does not provide checkout, document upload, customer accounts, analytics, advertising trackers, or cookies controlled by ShowDossier.

Do not email exhibitor manuals, passwords, portal credentials, payment-card data, government identifiers, employee records, or other confidential source material. Secure customer-document intake is not active.

Information received by email

When a visitor sends email to a displayed ShowDossier address, Flore Intelligence LLC receives the information included in that message through Google Workspace. Email is used to respond to the inquiry and maintain necessary business correspondence.

Qualification page

The qualification page evaluates answers in the visitor's browser. The page does not submit those answers to ShowDossier and does not store them on a ShowDossier server.

Hosting and technical data

Cloudflare hosts and protects this website and may process ordinary request, network, performance, and security information under Cloudflare's applicable terms and privacy notice.

Customer-document processing

ShowDossier is not accepting customer source documents through this website. Before that capability is activated, this notice will be updated to identify the approved intake provider, processing purposes, access controls, retention, deletion, incident handling, and customer-request procedures.
